Below are some facts about me and some of my areas of interest.

Orienteering

My biggest spare time interest is orienteering. This is a common sport in Scandinavia, but not quite as common in the rest of the world. Orienteering is a both physically and mentally challenging sport. Simply put, it is about using a map where a course is marked and a compass to as quickly as possible navigate your way through the woods to all the posts marked on the map.

I am active in the orienteering club Linköpings OK (LOK).

Photography

Another hobby of mine is photography. I have published many of my photos on my photo web site. Captions are mostly in Swedish

Sailing

In the summer I often enjoy sailing with friends in the archipelagos on the east and west coasts of Sweden.

Axotron

I have a company of my own called Axotron. In this company I primarily do consultant work within the field of electronics. See the Axotron web site for more information.

Electronics is also a hobby of mine and some of the projects I have done and articles I have written are available on the Axotron site.

Admittansen

I was an active member of the academic electronics society Admittansen at Linköping University during my studies.

Linköping University

I received my master of science degree in electrical engineering 1997 from Linköping Institute of Technology at Linköping University where I studied at the D-program (Computer Science and Technology) starting in 1991.

Stanford University

I spent the fourth year (1995-96) of the masters program as an exhange student at Stanford University in California.

To help other exchange students from Linköping who are going to Stanford I wrote a somewhat comprehensive guide. This material is becoming dated, so don't trust that everything is the same now as it was 95/96. I still keep it here for historical reasons. The guide is written entirely in Swedish.

SP Devices

I am currently working at SP Devices. My primary task is design of high-speed electronics and signal processing systems.
